After Whitney's real estate business began to scale, he soon realized time management and having structure around a busy schedule to be one of his biggest challenges.  How does a multifamily real estate syndicator, U.S. Department of Transportation special agent, podcast host, and a full-time family man find enough time during the day to get everything done?

Advice to Listeners:  Mindset is so important.  If you are not ready to get kicked in the face and get back and keep going, then you are most likely not going to make it.  It is going to be difficult.  Most people underestimate the difficulty of starting a business.
