Episode 25: If the Seller is Withholding Information, Then Who Knows What Else They are Hiding

Have you come across a deal brought to you by a wholesaler, run the numbers, and decided it would not work out because there were too many layers of fees before it got to you?  Did you enter into a contract to purchase from a wholesaler and ended up losing out on the deal because the wholesaler did not have an interest in the property?    Ryan McEntee shares with us tips for working with wholesalers from the perspective of a wholesaler.  He also gives us insight into one of the biggest challenges he has encountered during his transition to multifamily real estate investing.
