The cost of replacing a roof can put a huge dent in your CapEx budget. If one of your properties has a pitched asphalt roof, perhaps you can look into sustainability options rather than simply replacement. You might not only save tens of thousands of dollars, but you are also positively impacting the environment. Mike Feazel, the CEO of Roof Maxx, an innovative sustainability company, shares with us how they can add up to 15 years of life on an asphalt roof. We talk about the savings and the positive impact their bio-friendly technology has on the environment.
